Jaybird launched their new premium sports wireless headphones at Boxing Works at Kings Cross on Wednesday 31 August 2016.
Jaybird makes premium sports tech products. It was established in 2006 and is based in Salt Lake City, Utah. In 2016, it was acquired by Logitech.
Their latest product is the Jaybird Freedom wireless bluetooth buds which combines sophisticated style, incredible sound and a secure comfort fit (for those who have an active lifestyle) into the smallest, most advanced wireless earbuds ever designed. Further, through the MySound app, you can customise and save your own personal sound to your Jaybird Freedom from your favourite music service or the Bluetooth-enabled music device you use.
Jaybird Freedom provides an incredible eight hours of play time (four hours play time with an additional four hours through the listen-while-you-charge charging clip). If you need a battery boost, just clip the lightweight charger on and get an extra hour of playtime in just 20 minutes.
Special guest on the night were The Biggest Loser’s personal trainer Shannon Ponton and professional boxer and water skiing champion Lauryn Eagle. Lauryn Eagle was also on celebrity apprentice.
Guests enjoyed food and music, and two boxing matches (male and female).
Jaybird Freedom is available to buy from JB Hi-Fi and the Apple store for $249.95. The buds come in four colours: Gold, Carbon (Black), Blaze (Red) and Ocean (Blue).
All those who attended the event were gifted a pair of Jaybird Freedom so they could experience the superior sound and comfort for themselves.
