On Thursday 3 June 2016. The Clock Hotel Surry Hills hosted the launch of Negroni Week in partnership with Campari.
Guests explored three special Negroni zones each with a twist on the Negroni and an Italian inspired food offering.
Upstairs in the Balcony Bar, guests enjoy a ‘Frizzante Negroni’ spritz style cocktail, grazed at the Charcuterie with cheeses, meats, pickles, breads, and traditional style pizzas, along with listening to the party tunes of a DJ.
In the Italian courtyard, guests sipped on a barrel-aged Bianco Negroni and tucked into roast pork and pickled eggplant Panini, to the sound of live acoustic musicians.
In the more intimate setting of the Whisky Room, guests indulged in a dessert-inspired ‘Affogato Negroni’ – made with Gelato Messina – and served with biscotti.
Negroni is made with Campari, vermouth and gin.
It was a full night of Negroni discovery and Italian style!
