On Sunday 10 April 2016, children were the first to find out about the new super heros in town – DC Super Hero Girls – at a VIP event at Events Cinema Westfield Bondi Junction.
Children meet the DC Super Hero Girls – Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Batgirl, Harley Quinn, Bumblebee, Poison Ivy, Katana and many more – as these DC Comics’ icons make their unprecedented teenaged introduction during their formative high school years at Super Hero High – prior to discovering their full super power potential. Each character discovers their unique abilities, nurturing their remarkable powers and mastering the fundamentals of being a Super Hero.
Children enjoyed an afternoon of Super hero fun, games, treats, and a very special screening of the new DC Super Hero Girls animated shorts. They were provided with their very own super hero cape and enjoyed face painting, science experiments and practicing their super hero moves.
They were served hamburgers, pizza, sushi, soft drinks and lots of lollies and chocolates.
DC Super Hero Girls is a fun immersive world that gives young fans the chance to play, watch, read, and be inspired to discover their own super hero potential.
